2001
- Company foundation of IMB-Spirk Ges.m.b.H
- Expansion in the trading of special equipments for foundation engineering
- At the end of 2001, development of the 1st generation of rod manipulators (= aid for fitting drill pipes for single-head and double-head procedures)
2002
- Distribution and trade with drilling rigs for special civil engineering and own production of manipulators as well as special production of drilling rigs and construction of measuring systems
- Development of drilling rig rental park
2003
- Distribution and trade with drilling equipment for special foundation engineering and own production
- Development and construction of injection pumps and systems for special civil engineering as well as production via external companies of rod manipulators and special designs for drilling equipment
2004 – 2007
- Extension of the company by a service point and assembly area for the injection systems.
- Setting up service technicians for the sold/leased and third-party drilling rigs
- Continuous expansion of the workforce to currently 15 employees
2008
- Purchase of the new location in Henndorf and new construction of office, workshop and warehouse
- Expansion of our own production department at the old location with the latest CNC technology to increase our own production and to achieve independence from suppliers
2009
- Completion and inauguration of the new business location in June!
- Increase in personnel to 16 employees
2010
- Expansion of the sphere of activity with deliveries to Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Canada
- Further personnel expansion to 20 employees
2011
- In-house exhibition: 10 years IMB-Spirk Ges.m.b.H. !
2012 – 2015
- Renewal and expansion of equipment rental park
2016
- Foundation of the German branch in Berlin – establishment of office and warehouse
2017 – 2018
- Expansion of Berlin office
2019 – 2020
- Change of general agency from Metax to Tecniwell
- Modernization of the production with two new CNC machines
2021
- Shareholder and Financial Director Monika Spirk passes away on 16.3.2021
